PUBLIC TENDER FOR SUB-MEASURE 6.4 Support for investments in the establishment and development of non-agricultural activities
DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY
As part of the investment “TOURISTIC-ACCOMMODATION FACILITY”, which will be carried out by the company Kulinarični atelje d.o.o., activities will be expanded to the tourist offer, namely the offer of renting tourist rooms. The investment includes the construction of a tourist-accommodation facility, a water treatment plant, a water reservoir and the arrangement of parking lots. It also includes the construction of two simple buildings, namely a shed for storing garden furniture, the above-ground part of which will be made of 100% wood, and a shed for storing guests’ bikes, which will be mainly made of wood. As part of the investment, a waste water system will be built into the treatment plant, which can be reused for watering surfaces.
GOALS AND EXPECTED RESULTS
The goal of the investment is to follow the trends in the field of green and sustainable tourism and to expand activities from catering to tourism and to offer guests a special Pomurje experience through cuisine in a smaller tourist facility that strives for a sustainable strategy.
The results of the investment are a tourist accommodation facility, a sewage treatment plant, a water reservoir, a well-maintained parking lot and two simple facilities.
